The service. RetainerRadar scans your connected Gmail inbox to identify brand partnership offers, uses AI to summarize them and draft suggested replies, and lets you track deals you've locked in. It is a productivity tool — you remain solely responsible for reviewing and sending any communications, and for the terms you agree to with any brand.

No guarantee of accuracy. AI classification and drafted replies may be incomplete, inaccurate, or miss offers entirely. RetainerRadar is not liable for missed opportunities, mischaracterized emails, or any business or financial outcome resulting from use of the app.

Acceptable use. You agree to use this service only with Gmail accounts you own or are authorized to access, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.

Subscriptions. Paid plans, where offered, renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Termination. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and disconnect your account at any time.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
